Quality Childcare, You Can Count On

The KIA Club’s before and after school childcare is available for grades pre-k through 5th grade. In order to better accommodated the needs of the children, they are separated into two different groups during our before and after school program.

The first group is our pre-k and kindergarten children. Since, the transition of starting school can be stressful for young children, they are given this time to simply unwind from their long day. After school they will enjoy a nutritious snack, play outside, and end their evening with a movie.

Our second group is for children in the 1st – 5th grade. Upon enrolling your child in the before and after school childcare program you will be provided the opportunity to enroll your child in our homework club. If your child will be participating in the homework club, they will be given 1 hour daily, after school, to complete their homework. Our homework club is facilitated by a Certified Teacher, who is available to provide your child with any additional homework assistance they may need. In addition to the homework club, all children are provided with a nutritious snack and given a chance to play board games, play outside, participate in coloring and art activities, and watch a movie at the end of each day.

Here at the KIA Club we want to give your child a summer to remember. Our summer camp program is available for children that have completed the Pre-K program and older. Packed with exciting and educational programs your child will be kept active and engaged all summer long. Each day your child will have the opportunity to go on a fun-filled field trip. Our trips include a variety of activities such as: swimming, indoor playgrounds, parks, going to the movies, fishing, bowling, putt-putt gold, walking on the beach, Vacation Bible School, visiting historical forts, museums, animal conservations, Turtle refuge, and the water park.

In addition, to getting to attend fun field trips, with their friends, your child will also be able to participate in a summer reading program, facilitated by the Hinesville public library. This program encourages the children to read throughout their summer break by having the kids track the books they have read and then giving out awards at the end of the summer. Each day your child will have the opportunity to read their books during a special quite time, set aside for this activity.
